The “Boise County Adventures” blog is sponsored by the Boise County Job Creation/Retention Council (BC JC/RC), the Idaho Travel Council (ITC) and the South West Idaho Travel Association (SWITA). Its purpose is to identify for tourists the multitudes of things to do, places to eat and stay and activities in Boise County, right next door to the City of Boise. Peruse through the blog at your leisure to find things to do that fit your personal and family’s preferences for fun! That’s what we do in Boise County, from ziplines to river rafting to snow tubing and downhill skiing; from Mexican restaurants to steak houses; to campgrounds where you can be your own cook; from motels to rental cabins to bed and breakfasts; and it goes on and on.
There’s even a section on jobs available. It doesn’t get any better than going to work on your bicycle in the mountains along a river. Then go home after work and get your golf clubs, fishing rod, or your cross country skis. Hop on your 4-wheeler or snowmobile. Think and dream about that kind of life style. Life is good in Boise County.
